Richlands Townhouses

The Richlands Townhouses are a master-planned community of 3- & 4-bedroom terraces featuring an outdoor pool and shared entertainment area. These townhouses were built in four stages, with a total of 165 lots completed in coordination with our team in 11 months. Surrounded by subtropical landscaping and nestled within the growing western suburb of Richlands, this project saw us deliver results to our clients three months ahead of schedule. Due to our well-organized plasterboard sheeting process, we were fixing four townhouses per day.  BP was setting and sanding four townhouses in one day while cornice was installed in two to four townhouses per day. Overall, we’re extremely proud of the results we achieved for our client and for their new development in the Richlands area.
